Tammy Toney-Butler, RN, CEN, TCRN, CPEN-Forensic Nurse Examiner (SANE) is a subject matter expert and anti-human trafficking consultant. Tammy was a nurse in the emergency department for nearly thirty years before pursuing her passion as an advocate for marginalized, invisible populations and survivor reform. Mrs. Butler is working to end the supply of vulnerable individuals preyed upon by traffickers and abolish modern-day slavery. Tammy is a national and international speaker on human trafficking and trauma-informed, trauma-responsive care. Tammy is the Co-founder of Nurses United Against Human Trafficking, PA, the Founder of Reflective Spaces Ministry, Corp, a 501c3 non-profit, working directly with survivors on their journey of healing, and the founder of A&K Ranch Ministries, LLC.
